From that post - So how are the lawyers going to determine how much OZL worth if you bought during that period?? How do you determine a company's worth when the commodity price were ever changing especially during the fallout (freefall of commodity prices)?
I am in the same situation as you - no loss is realised because I have not sold but may have bought the shares higher than they were worth at the time... I still have a paper loss
Any more info would be greatly appreciated.. esp the question on how they'll determine the company's worth during that period.
Another question is if it would cost in us in determining I am entitled to if the class action were successful?
Cheers
