I have posted the following question on DearCEO. We should wait and see what is OZL's response.

I can understand why investors who believe they overpaid for shares in OXR/OZL due to lack of market disclosure would register. For example, I paid $3.23 for OXR shares in May 2008, and eventually sold out of my OZL shares for $$1.04 in October 2008. This was despite OZL's reassurance and encouragement to shareholders of 23rd September 2008.

Clearly, I should register because of my losses. However, why should some one register if they did not experience any loss? And do existing shareholders need to "opt out" or what? This is very confusing to co-investors.
