I just heard a report on the radio that a person received $20,000 from a similar action against a company. The lawyers then took their fees out and the person received a cheque for $4,000.
Above example is to show how much the lawyers will take. Out of principal therefore I will not join the class action, as it purely enriches the lawyers who are worse than tow truck drivers at a car accident scene.
