    I am no legal expert however believe shareholders had been told porkies. I do think there is a possibility that administration was to sudden, however I fail to see how a director could benifit from that situation. I would be interested in a class action if someone can point out if the directors had any complicity with anything illegal that caused the company to go into administration.
