if this is in fact correct, I am going to take a guess that James1964 is an employee or director of XD law? On hotcopper begging for a class action for months and not held ever, just looking out for the little guy I guess.

NET has been a disaster, there is one last roll of the dice in Philippines. I have already resigned to the fact I am Highly unlikely to recover my investment. But won’t be holding my breath on any class action.
