    Seems a little out there. Under ASIC supervision, TGA have paid back, with interest, all of those who were ineligible for their products due to misalignment with HPI. Given it has been paid back (and an ASIC penalty added on top), I'm not sure on what grounds this law suit would be successful.

    Reading this:
    "Maurice Blackburn alleges Radio Rentals targeted vulnerable people and treated customers unfairly and unconscionably, and should pay them compensation."

    It seems like they're suing them based on potentially misleading advertising? It's certainly not the same as the CCV lawsuit, which pointed out that fees charged were not including in the interest rate cap.
    Nevertheless, I'm no lawyer, so I can't really speak to the potential outcomes.
