Interesting that the next hearing date for the CA has been pushed from 17 March (when a recap decision is supposed to be determined by) to 20 March.
The comments from ABL about the class action and the Sons of Gwalia law changes seems to indicate the CA applicants are going to be limited to an insurance payout - the restructure looks to be ring-fencing SGH from the claims and is seeking to avoid providing any documents on the restructure to the CA shareholders legal reps.
