As far as the IG delays go, all I can say is to try and be patient. I think the rocketmail add has been canned ??

I can confirm that the person responsible for responding to emails is at the moment sitting corporate law exams and has been very busy with studies. I will make attempts today to contact them on your behalf ( already tried twice. This morning ) and get them to respond to your questions.

The IG run on an absolute minimal staff and the reason for that is to keep costs to a minimum.

I hope you can understand and I will certainly try again to notify them of your concerns.
