All growers and cow owners should be getting a letter today from solicitors ,Dennis&Co.It seems they are going to take action against the company for 'misleading forecasts...and their recent disclosures on the actual yields..'.They are suggesting 'misleading and deceptive conduct of GSL and GSMAL,senior officers and directors.' Good stuff. By the way,has anyone else wondered how the 'independent directors' could agree to an extension of the vote when a clear date was provided?None of the projects received the required YES vote at this date! So,just how independent are they? Are they really independent or only independent to get a YES vote?
