What rubbish, lucos22! The predicted harvest yields for 1997, 1998 and 1999 represent at best less than 65% of the 250 cubic metre volumes per hectare advertised and promoted in the PDSs from inception to May 2008. The representations of 250 cubic metres per hectare has continued unabated. It was not until 26 August 2008 that GSL advised that the MIS woodlot yields would in fact not return 250 cubic metres per hectare but rather 160 cubic metres per hectare.

GSL release of its 2006 PDS claimed future yields of 250 cubic metres per hectare indicates a parsimonious regard to the facts at best by GSL.

Is not such behaviour a breach of GSL's financial services licence conditions of sufficient importance for ASIC to investigate?

In my opinion, Dennis & Co are certainly on the right track and deserve our full support.
