1) Have anyone of you signed up for both ACA and Maurice class actions against SGH?
2) There is one thing I don't understand - How can someone signed up for 2 class actions which take place simultaneously with the same objective i.e. you are suing SGH with 2 separate lawyers for a similar matter which will be handled differently? Can someone familiar with class action please explain.
