1) Yes, but based on my understanding, some ex-share holders I knew signed up for both. I guess many ex-shareholders here did the same as well without detailed thinking. Just wondering what are the consequences of these people.
2) In addition, at current stage, my understanding is that the funding seems to be used for investigation. In the end, one might opt to go ahead while the another one can choose to abandon the class action.
