The CA against SGH is only in the investigation stage, basically the cost to see if a successful case can be mounted. Lot of water under the bridge to go yet. If my memory serves me correctly most of the successful CA have also had ASIC charges and fines.This has not happened in SGH , many years to find out if they go ahead.
