You can register for both and sign agreement with one for each holding account. It won't mean much until a few years time. I said before I figured about 70% CA would go ahead. Now two funders have put hands in pocket and I think now 80% chance CA will go ahead. CA has happened to many other companies before. The SP will dip if and when CA filed. Just know CA may likely happen but bank support is the short term issue.
