That's actually a decent question.
I would doubt much if any.
But if there was such a situation it means something else has occurred, surely, that being the path opened ( reinstated) to approval.
If that were the case then that there windfall underpins the the project. I couldn't see a need for a CR ....the SP would leap.
so in effect ..a win win.
My major desire is to see this go ahead. The rewards/returns are likely to make any dispersal of a court win look like pocket money.
But the question is warranted
