Yes mate, across all that, and not the slightest bit concerned about the SG, it's not a key component of what I believe the strength of a SH class action will be. Before the SG announcement, most constitutional experts had formed the view it was not unlawful so this isn't a surprise or a setback. I would point out that the SG document is an opinion only, it is yet to be tested. I would also point out the part of the opinion that Bravo referenced in relation to breaching responsible government, also untested, and IMO there will be more to come on this aspect. However, unless Lawrence Hammill and Dennis Denuto are available pro bono, we shareholders won't be pursuing that angle.

Purpose of my request is to make sure there are no other aspects to "first principles" that I may have missed.
