after having been part of a class action group against CopperCo a few years ago I would give the advice that unless you are prepared to invest a lot of money there is no point. I think our group put together about $20000 and that was eaten up in the first evidence gathering by those vulture lawyers.
It seems you get screwed eaither way unfortunately.
CXY will overcome this one, just in a storm atm.
