personally, we would prefer to hear a little more about those so-called bore hole monitor reporting mistakes made by the lab-rat, before contemplating action of any kind, because we can't quite get our heads around:

a) the coincidental time frame when the false reports were filed just prior re-firing.

b) the massive size variation of the numbers involved in the so-called - 'mistake'.

c) the lack of cross-checking that didn't take place prior to their release, considering that these numbers are one a very closely watched condition surrounding the test-firing.

b) how the incident was just blown away by the mere sanctioning of the culprit, and that's IT??????????
- no explanation or apology (kof, kof) to management, staff & God forbid - those long-suffering and very patient shareholders who may have blown a boat-load of lolly because of this 'incident'..

we suss that even Hamlet's nose would be twitching at this point, and not from the dust raised by the sweeping of info. under the stairs.

and we would really be p'd to find that the culprit is now lazing his days away, wandering down cavill avenue or holed out in the foothills of bali listening to the far away volcanic rumblings.

as they currently say in the movie biz. at the moment:

"conspiracy is not always a theory"

but personally, we like the olde hit song as a closer fit:

"who put the overalls in mrs.murphy's chowder".
