    For the shares you are dun and dusted you are last in the food chain,so the case is useless in my opinion as the Gumps have no coin.


    It's the tree owners that would have got an notice in relation to the ACTUAL tree's that ARE owned by individual investors. That is the potential over squeezing more out of the liquidator as the company hasn't been liquidated.
