It is a difficult situation for all parties involved including the directors & shareholders . The situation is under review at present and in light of the current procedures it is only fair to wait a little while and see what transpires , then if the outcome is unsatisfactory to shareholders we have a number of options we can pursue but in the meantime it is only reasonble to allow discussions and potential negotions to proceeed in due course . the legal option is still there and we will reserve this right as a ( possible ) form of action .
