That is indeed true zero for posters who don't own, but not necessarily so if a purchase was made at that price and is later found to be challengeable on fact.
With regard to any claim if one is made, the procedure regarding who bought and when to attribute any loss due to a partially informed market etc is well tread, things like a known "material thing" not being put in the public domain @ X point in time, did anyone buy uninformed etc. Its all well tested over many cases, I was involved in Newcrest, not to say this is similar at all, just that the path is well known. As is the over riding fact that small holders do very badly in most cases.
I have no idea nor any direct interest in this stock.
