Dick Smith directors did fail to disclose market sensitive information, no one would buy this company if we knew the company had liabilities of around 390 million.
I certainly would not have.
The have robbed us shareholders and this lack of disclosure should be illegal especially on the ASX.
This is illegal theft, and Id like to have the directors burn on a stake for these crimes.
