I've been speaking to some law firms regarding a class action on either SO4 for misleading statements, or the boards (particularly "Swizercrook"). The use of twitter and ASX announcements to make misleading statements of commisioned next week, just a small part, and fully funded, just prior to suspending the stock for 2 months without any comms is criminal conduct.
Just wanted to check, is there anything else being organised? The ones i've talked to have said to hold out for what they announce, but believe there's a good chance a misleading statements case would win.
