As far as I am aware there is no class action planned.
That may change with liquidation or recapitalisation , but I'm not sure how attractive this case would be for a large legal firm or litigation funder.
The behaviour of the company might have been poor , but that doesn't mean there is enough money available to get a case off the ground.
