    LHSwordsman can you please provide the report that you say has gone out some time ago?
    The report was given to KPMG and its my understanding that it hasnt being released nor have any decisions about prosecution referrals etc being made yet.
    Its my understanding that there are potential ligitation aspects to this collapse not just the capital raise.
    Tonys comments werent overly optimistic in my opinion they were down right deliberately misleading. Who knows what the Directors wording in their insurance is.
    I take your points but since ive learnt from these dealing with Tony i now need to see the proof so please show us this report you say is out.
