IMO -- recapitalisation would be an option to go. To get any refinancing approved and to keep the company going lets approve say a 5 to 1 share number crunching. also clean out the the options. Seen it done for POH. It was painful to watch but POH survived and still going as AVE.
anyway... in my opinion only. Like it was said before this company is very very near production. just that wrong choice of process was made. hmmmm
