KPMG often works a month or two prior to recommending KM act as receiver/administration (after KPMG gets the bulk of their progress payments). Really sorry for SHs to see this unfold the way it now. Probably should banded together earlier and thrown out the BOD like @ MLM, but now too late. Good luck with class action - communicate with each other to fully check this option out. As a lot of siteworks have been undertaken some buyer may appear to complete, but at a heavy discount to true worth. I did get out of SO4 in March'21 when I started to compare various players words & deeds, selling AGM & RWD also, just keeping KLL. I hope things can be salvaged and also kept in Aussie ownership as the resource and markets exist and are not going away.
