I have followed the sector for a decade and have invested a significant amount but never a cent in SO4. I can see how investors could have been mislead if they were impressed by what they said, believed what they said, liked the projects, never read the small print, didn’t follow the broader sector or never read what peers had said or done. I hope an organized CA is successful although I’m not sure if SH will ever receive any compensation.
