Thanks for that, im more than disappointed that KPMG did not provide me with that. I havent read it all in detail yet but i note that Dermotts SPA report is saying its unlikely for creditors to get returns from an action. However 8.7.4 and page 27 of his report states that the misleading statements are not recoverable for creditors but may be for shareholders particularly around the shareholder fund raising time.
He also singles out Tony and that Matthias fella for omitting information from March 2021 on about low produce on 3 trains. Did you read all that or are you only interested in claims as a creditor? Im interested in getting all i can back from Tony and Matthias including their jandals if needs be as mine are running out. Im a shareholder and i thought most here were too
