Class Action / Lawsuit / Can we sue

Can anyone advise on our options, both in Australia and the Philippines, on bringing a legal action against the Directors and Parties involved, be it for Theft, misuse of funds, misrepresentations, or any number of illegal deeds perpetrated against shareholders. Do we know of any law firms that could handle this? Is it doable? We can't simply stand by and be shafted royally whilst the crooks and the incompetents get away with murder. Any precedence to this situation, any remedies. Would gladly cough up 50% of any settlement to any law firm that could hold those accountable !!
