Thanks Drillbit. Is there no recourse for us shareholders? I find it mind boggling that the money I/WE have invested in good faith now sits in limbo land with no line of sight to be able to issue a Sell order and transact to get what little is left of our investment back. If this Villanueva fella really is as it seems, couldnt we just agree an amount of money with him, have him pay us out and he can take the company? Or do we all face losing our hard earnt investment into the Company we no recourse whatsoever. Its been over a year now
