Bit of detail you've missed which is important, and you will notice all the announcements talk about PMC. The legal stoush between Mahusay & Villanueva was about the ownership of 60% of shares in PHMI the company that owns 100% of PMC, the company owning the mine. There are separate financial arrangements between PMC and MMPRC as flagged in the announcements. Mahusay has to change the board of PHMI then try and assert control over PMC. You have seen the pictures of "security" at the mine. I suspect if X64 engage with Mahusay, PMC will cut off the cash to MMPRC which flows up to X64 and it will be game over. The clock really is starting to tick now as in February (4months) it will be two years since McGlinn's board put X64 shares in suspense due to the broken relationship with Villanueva. If X64 has not effectuated the DOCA by then and lodged all outstandings, it will be curtains for the ASX listing, but some enterprising folks may bid for your shares - at 0.1c
