    Sue exactly who, on what ground and most importantly FOR WHAT ? THERE IS ZILCH $$ right now.
    You realise this is all same narative as those Pumpers who promised glory with AJM and so on... Just this time, somehow magically in cloudland you have hope on winning some court case.

    I ll be also very surprised if any serious law firm even consider it... but yes, they are interested in your $ if you have more to lose.
