No. PLS offer nothing to shareholders. AJMs lenders got as a guarantee all subsidiary companies. PLS just pay the debtors and get the operating company (Altura Lithium Operations Pty Ltd.) The company we own shares off (Altura Mining Limited) does not get sold to PLS.
I have lots of AJM shares and count them as lost. Fortunately I have a similar number of PLS shares. If PLS ends up getting the asset to me it is like money went from one pocket to the other. If another bidder comes in (I don´t expect that) our shares might get some cents.
