To be fair I don't think you can pin this type of blame on shareholders.
Yes I'm kicking myself for not seeing this coming and selling out prior, however when the company goes into trading halt, and then suspension for over a month with nothing more than announcement which states they are discussing refinance terms with numerous parties...
Wow can we as shareholders be held liable?
We are completely in the dark and in hindsight Altura management were very good and hiding certain details.
I agree that people should be focusing blame on management rather than blaming a company like PLS for seizing an opportunity to takeover a poorly run asset.
To be fair I don't think you can pin this type of blame on...
