I'm going to assume since you're on this forum that you're not completely new to the share market, and if that's the case you know that us as individual investors have absolutely no pull in company decisions.
Yes, all board appointments and things of that nature go to a vote, and all shareholders have a right to one vote per share. But ultimately the vote swings heavily towards the major shareholders.
Who are they? In many cases they are tied directly to management anyway. So they are self serving.
But you already know this, you're just trying to stir the pot.
