Let us not forget the 15% blokes are going to want to get all of their money back .

l would assume they hold the assets as security at the moment , if they do they own it all.

And PLS have all the infrastructure already on site, the engineers and surveyors, their onsite lab crew, operators, workshop etc, maybe need to employ some of operating staff back and have their on site mining plant suppliers to upgrade.

They certainly would not need another management and office crew, well not like the last lot anyway.

Just another view I have seen what happens on the other side.

One can still hope for a white knight, If there is one coming he has left it a bit late.
