Not sure what you wrote in your last post, maybe better to reread it yourself rather than ask me as to why it was mod’d?! So can only respond to this post....
IMO when you buy shares in a company you either support the existing board or you have a plan to change the board or influence their decisions. Buying a company where you didn’t support the board and had no plans to change it would IMO be the definition of investor insanity!
