I think there is a strong case that shareholders can sue Sundance Resources arse off for misinformation if the Chinese rape and pillage SDL.
A simple comment from Twiggy Forrest about a "binding infrastructure agreement" with the Chinese was pursued relentlessly by ASIC and ended up in the high court (which misled investors and pumped the share price.
Pandev, George Jones and the SDL board must be held accountable for this.
