Class action looms for Aveo, page-22

I have not seen an updated estimate of return on assets. An additional comment I received on Aveo is that the company needs to fund its development pipeline over the next few years and the share buyback is unlikely to be aggressive until Aveo sells its Gas 1 building (book value 180m with 80m against it). The analysts expect the Aveo share to creep back to 'above' it's current nta. The main person who is giving me advice re Aveo has made some excellent calls for me in the past.
