In a way maybe this has been a good wake up call for Aveo , they will start doing a few changes make contracts easier and shorter to read for starters and be less officious with residents ie not charging for unlocking residents homes if keys locked out .
I doubt if a class action would be successful , nothing I have seen shows Aveo was doing anything illegal, residents just signed contracts and then had buyer remorse the old latin proverb Caveat emptor applied .
Current sp is way under NAV, which would be around $3.30 form memory , even in a fire sale AOG would monetize more than its current market cap .
