excuse the ignorance, but is there a 3rd option to go solely for the recently vacated management team? It appears this is where the real allocation of blame should be attributed.
the current management seem to have at least been the ones to uncover the mess and by all accounts are doing their best to rectify what was a nasty surprise?
I have no experience in how the proceedings would need to kick off but my rationale would be the legal system should see that pursuing an avenue that ultimately hurts the share holders twice isn’t just and it seems to me at least to be mounting evidence our recently departed have been the perpetrators and the ones to make financial gains here as a result of their deeds?
anyone aware of a precedence for this style of action, ultimately leaving our company out of it for the better part?
