I agree with you to a degree @chand but if the company collapses through this debacle then it will be your only hope to recoup SH's investments. And yes, the lawyers and the funders will receive a cut. Nothing is free. The Govt is currently considering putting a cap on what that cut might be to ensure better returns for SHs in such actions, but we are waiting to see what that might be.
Don't get me wrong, I want to see this company survive. It is doing great things and once it recommences trading, and the share price sinks further as people bail out, I will be buying in for a LT position.
