    I agree, time to move in. A class action would be the equivalent to shooting oneself in the foot.The reported loss is about $2 m, not a huge amount in the scheme of things and one the company can easily swallow.
    let’s look forward, the product is good, the market wants the product, including the Chinese. There are profits to be made, and a good share price in time.
