I reckon they’re resigning because they won’t/can’t substantiate the fraud to a satisfactory standard where LF stays out of jail...

personally think the fraud thing has been over played so LF can justify the 25mil AUD sell off when he knew the financials needed a down grade and then the subsequent CR was also signed off on by him with a false declaration to ASX about whether there was any known reason for adverse impact to financials that the market wasn’t aware of when applying for a CR...

he didn’t even advise his Chinese counterparts of his sell off and then threw them under the bus to save his own hide because there are very few reasons why you can get away with a CR under false pretences and I reckon fraud in another country while borders are closed should just about do it...

problem is if I’m right China is dead to us, you don’t burn those kind of connected bridges and hope for business as usual on the next job...
