    Yeah, I get where you are coming from keith200, but my issue is the way they are going about just doing their job...

    These guys are trying to get a payout for investors without having to exert any effort! At least you'd hope their fees will be low as a result.

    I would have thought a full investigation could yield a larger compensation sum (offset by more lawyer fees of course)?
