That said, on a simple English interpretation of the claims against them, to quote The Black Adder, they are 'as guilty as a puppy sitting next to a pile of poo". But that doesn't necessarily mean all is lost. Their strategy will be to delay, hoping for said revenue to improve their legal position. Additionally, they may attempt a Hilary Clinton-esque defense claiming 1 + 1 = 3 and challenging the meaning of the words such as "the". The legal process can potentially take years.
