As you are all aware retail holders were diluted in the cap raising. Even if we took up our entire rights issue, we were diluted due to the additional $115m insto offer. Given the capital raise was at a large discount to the SP and NTA I find this very disappointing. I am currently investigating a potential class action against SGR for their blatantly unfair treatment of retail holders in their recent capital raising.

Maurice Blackburn has advised that we may be able to piggyback a new claim in the existing class action or we could start a new class action with the details of at least 7 shareholders who were holders at the time of the equity raising.Who would be interested in the class action?

PS I have tried calling Star Group on 5 different numbers, around 10 times in total at various times over the last 2 days. The one time I did get through was to a receptionist who put me onto Link Market Services, instead of someone in management! I can only deduce from this that Star Group management don't care about or want to hear from retail holders. As a result a class action is the only way to progress from here.
