I paid electronically through the Bpay process, this is what the paper work said for that:
HOW TO APPLY FOR NEW SHARES
PAYING BY Bpay®

You need to work out the total amount payable by you. To calculate the total amount, multiply the number of New Shares you wish to apply for (being not more than your Entitlement) by A$1.20.
I presume the 'being not more than your entitlement' means the 3 for 5 ratio.
