Slaters made an acquisition and clearly paid too much. That's not against the law. It's unfortunate.
The accounting "irregularities" are being resolved and ASIC is taking a look.
Company recently re -iterated guidance.
Fingers X that shareprice recovers to capture some of this lost value/confidence.
Hard to imagine folks were buying yesterday to book a mostly unfranked dividend.
Favourable ASIC report could easily mean the sorters need to cover, and fast.
